Introducing ponzi.fun
What is Ponzi.fun
Ponzi.fun reinvents trading by turning it into a game. For the first time, token buyers can only resell at a higher price, restoring dignity to the often-misused term “Ponzi” and showcasing the strength of the most solid communities. Ponzi.fun is exclusively available on the Base network.
How does it work?

There are several key concepts to understand. The best way to grasp them is to experiment directly on our testnet.
Core notions:
Ponzi: equivalent to “token” in our system.
Creator: the creator of the Ponzi (it could be you, or anyone). They choose the token name, define the sale conditions (explained below), and set the fees charged on each purchase.
Pricing information: the heart of the system.
- Launch price: the initial token price.
- Minimum target price: the threshold at which the Ponzi can be closed. At this point, the token migrates to Uniswap, where it can then be traded freely.
- Target price: the absolute cap of the Ponzi, the maximum price it will never exceed.
- Sell condition (or Minimum profit): the key rule for traders. It determines the minimum profit percentage required before selling is allowed.
Still confused? Here’s a simple example:
0xSatoshi creates a token called TOKTOK.
– Launch price: $1
– Minimum target price: $2
– Minimum profit: 10%
– Creator fee: 2%
0xVitalik buys 1,000 TOKTOK at $1.
– He can only sell once the price reaches $1.10 ($1 + 10%).
– 0xSatoshi automatically receives 2% of the amount spent by 0xVitalik.
– When the price reaches $2, 0xVitalik closes the Ponzi.
At that point, the token becomes withdrawable and an Uniswap pool is automatically created!
What happens if a Ponzi stalls and users can’t sell?
A fair refund mechanism is in place. Each participant is reimbursed proportionally to the amount of tokens they hold.
Governance lies in the hands of the users: at any time, they can vote (and change their vote until it’s finalized) to trigger a refund. If 75% of voters approve, the Ponzi is automatically closed and funds are redistributed.
This means each Ponzi has its own community-driven governance, ensuring transparency and security for all participants.
What happens once a Ponzi is closed?
When a Ponzi is closed, an Uniswap pool is automatically created.
From that moment, sell conditions disappear: users can freely withdraw or transfer their tokens.
Ownership of the token is transferred to the Ponzi creator, who becomes its official owner.
Roadmap

Ponzi.fun is already available on desktop and mobile via the Base Sepolia testnet. A faucet is also available to make testing easier. Over 2,000 Ponzis have already been created!
Several new features are in progress — refund voting, livestreams, personalized dashboards , and the integration of artificial intelligence which will be essential before the mainnet launch scheduled for late October.
Tokenomics
Ponzi.fun is designed to generate fees shared between creators and the community. 60% of revenues will be redistributed to token holders, 30% will be used for buybacks, and 10% will go to the treasury.
Fee distribution:
60% redistributed to holders of our future token
30% allocated to buybacks
10% to the treasury
An exclusive pre-sale will take place in late October during the mainnet launch. This is a unique opportunity: only registered users will have access to the pre-sale.
Tokenomics :
Network: Base
Maximum supply: 100,000,000
Pre-sale: 15,000,000 (15%), priced at $1 or $0.75
Team allocation: 10,000,000 (10%), 1-year lockup + 1-year vesting
Incentives: 10,000,000 (10%), 2 years vesting
Airdrop : 5,000,000 ( 5% ) , 3 months linear vesting

Airdrop
Ponzi.fun will grow thanks to its early users and community, which is why it’s essential to reward them — without devaluing the token at launch.
Those who actively participate in our testnet and engage with us on social media will be eligible. We won’t share the exact formula, and the number of points accumulated on Ponzi.fun (leaderboard) will not necessarily translate into a larger token allocation.
